30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange on any unused item in its original condition with all tags attached. Items worn, washed, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for a full refund.

What's Covered

• Wrong size or fit: Exchange for a different size free of charge
• Defective or damaged item: Full refund or replacement, your choice
• Item not as described: Full refund upon return
• Changed your mind: Return for a refund, buyer covers return shipping

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at 3561525@qq.com with your order number
2. We'll reply within 12–24 hours with a return authorization
3. Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address we provide
4. Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

Refund Methods

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take an additional 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Shipping Costs

• Original shipping charges are non-refundable
• For size exchanges, we cover the reshipment cost
• For buyer's remorse returns, the customer covers return shipping

Exceptions

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless arrived defective
• Final sale items are marked as such at checkout
